Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views were absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the dining options were overpriced and left me feeling unsatisfied. While the location was convenient for getting around, the parking fees felt a bit steep. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a decent stay at the hotel with its quirky charm and beautiful views of the Queen Mary. The rooms were comfortable, though a bit dated, which didn't bother me too much as I was primarily there for the location and views. The dining was hit and miss; lunch and cocktails were enjoyable, but dinner was overpriced and not worth it. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being helpful, while others lacked professionalism, especially during check-in.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. I truly appreciated the great customer service and the unique tropical vibe. The complementary warm cookies at check-in were a charming touch. However, the breakfast selection could be expanded, and some of the amenities need a bit more attention.
During my stay, I loved the stunning views from my water-view balcony and the warm welcome with delicious cookies at check-in. The service was generally good, though there were times when my needs weren't fully met, such as the pool area not being accessible when I wanted to use it. The location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions, but the dining options could be improved significantly, especially for breakfast. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I encountered some hiccups along the way.
I had a mixed experience at The Hotel Maya. While the atmosphere and outdoor areas are wonderful and fun for families, my room was outdated and didn't meet the high standards expected. The service was a bit lacking, especially with room service. However, the convenient location near the cruise terminal and the beautiful views certainly added to the experience.
